DAY 1: TOKYO (NIGHT 1 OF 4)

  • You’ll arrive in Tokyo, landing at Haneda Airport, and make your way to the hotel to check in and settle down. After a bit of rest, your first evening in Japan will be spent diving straight into Tokyo’s vibrant nightlife. Head to Shinjuku’s Golden Gai, famous for its narrow alleys lined with tiny bars, or wander through Omoide Yokocho for a nostalgic food alley experience. Alternatively, you can choose the electric atmosphere of Shibuya Crossing before calling it a night.

 

DAY 2: TOKYO (NIGHT 2 OF 4)

  • Begin the morning with a visit to the peaceful Meiji Shrine, then stroll through the trendy streets of Harajuku. In the afternoon, head to Asakusa to see the iconic Senso-ji Temple and perhaps enjoy a short Sumida River cruise or explore the museums and parks around Ueno. The evening is yours to enjoy at leisure — perhaps more city exploration or simply a relaxed dinner before returning to your hotel for the night.

 

DAY 3: TOKYO (NIGHT 3 OF 4)

  • This day offers flexibility for your interests. You could spend the morning exploring the interactive art installations at teamLab Borderless (if it has reopened), wander the Tsukiji outer market for fresh seafood and street snacks, or dive into the electronics and anime world of Akihabara. The rest of the day is free for leisure.

 

DAY 4: TOKYO TO ODAWARA (HAKONE / MT. FUJI AREA TO TOKYO (NIGHT 4 OF 4)

  • Next day, board the Tokaido Shinkansen (Kodama or Hikari) for a short 25–40 minute ride to Odawara, the best shinkansen-accessible base for exploring Hakone and the Mt. Fuji region. In the afternoon, take the Hakone Ropeway for panoramic views, visit the volcanic Owakudani Valley if open, and enjoy an onsen ryokan stay. If the weather cooperates, you might catch breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji from various points in the area. Later return to your hotel in Tokyo.

 

DAY 5: TOKYO TO TOYAMA (NIGHT 1 OF 2)

  • An early departure will take you from Tokyo to Toyama via the Hokuriku Shinkansen lines with one transfer, a journey of roughly two to three hours. After checking into your hotel, spend the afternoon strolling along Toyama Bay, sampling fresh local seafood, or relaxing in the city’s quiet atmosphere.

 

DAY 6: TOYAMA (NIGHT 2 OF 2)

  • From Toyama, you can embark on a day trip along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route (seasonal; check operational dates) for some of Japan’s most dramatic mountain scenery. Alternatively, stay within the city to explore the Glass Art Museum, riverside walks, or nearby mountain viewpoints.

 

DAY 7: TOYAMA TO KYOTO (NIGHT 1 OF 2)

  • In the morning, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Toyama to Kanazawa, then transfer to a Tokaido/Hokuriku connection for Kyoto, a trip of around two to three hours. Once in Kyoto, spend the late afternoon and evening wandering the historic streets of Gion or catching the sunset from Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

 

DAY 8: KYOTO (NIGHT 2 OF 2)

  • Dedicate the early morning to visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha before the crowds arrive. Spend the rest of the day enjoying Kyoto’s other treasures at your own pace — perhaps Nijo Castle, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, or a tea ceremony — before winding down in the evening. 

 

DAY 9: KYOTO TO HIROSHIMA (NIGHT 1 OF 2)

  • Depart Kyoto by shinkansen on the Tokaido/Sanyo line, arriving in Hiroshima after about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arrival, visit the Peace Memorial Park and Museum for a poignant look at the city’s history, then enjoy a dinner of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki before retiring for the night.

 

DAY 10: HIROSHIMA (NIGHT 2 OF 2)

  • Take a short train and ferry ride to Miyajima Island to visit the Itsukushima Shrine and its famous floating torii gate. Enjoy the island’s serene atmosphere before returning to Hiroshima for the evening.

 

DAY 11: HIROSHIMA TO OSAKA (NIGHT 1 OF 4)

  • In the morning, board the Sanyo Shinkansen for the 1.5-hour ride to Shin-Osaka. After checking in, dive straight into Osaka’s energy — spend the evening in Dotonbori sampling street food or take in the city skyline from the Umeda Sky Building.

 

DAY 12: OSAKA (NIGHT 2 OF 4)

  • You can either take a day trip to Nara to see the Great Buddha at Todai-ji and meet the free-roaming deer, or spend the day exploring Osaka itself with visits to Osaka Castle, shopping districts, and vibrant nightlife spots.

 

DAY 13: OSAKA (NIGHT 3 OF 4)

  • On this day, you may spend the day at Universal Studios Japan if theme parks are your style.

 

DAY 14: LEISURE (NIGHT 4 OF 4)

  • Explore Osaka’s vibrant blend of modern and traditional leisure, immersing yourself in the city’s unique atmosphere with a mix of shopping, cultural experiences, and a touch of natural beauty.In the evening, pack your bags for the return journey.

 

DAY 15: DEPARTURE

  • Depart from Kansai International Airport for your flight to India via Singapore Airlines. Make sure to arrive at least three hours before your departure for smooth check-in and security clearance.
